Dogs and the love of dogs is the glue which holds our club together.
Some of our members have been comfortable sharing their thoughts
and feelings after the loss of a special friend.
Maybe these words will remind you of one
of your own departed friends or help you appreciate even more
the ones who are still with you.
MAX, CGC, TDI
September 14, 1986 - August 4, 2000
Max was a Black German Shepherd Dog owned by Laura J. Green of Battle Creek, MI.
Laura remembers,
"Max was my friend, my buddy and my pal. He always gave me
unconditional love no matter what my mood or the time of day. He loved people
and just wanted to be near. I will sorely miss my friend."

U-CD Waterlord Corvus, Am/Can CDX, DD, CGC
July 18, 1987 - June 25, 2000
Known as "Corvus", he was a Newfoundland owned by Carol Cox of Coloma, MI.
Carol says of him,
"Only a dog that gave me such pride could also give such lessons in
humility."

Jagger was a Belgian Tervuren owned by Barb VanEseltine of Schoolcraft, MI.
Barb writes:
"Jagger was my first CH, my first UD, my
first TDX and my first (and last) herding dog.
He exemplified the Belgian Tervuren and he always gave back
more than he got."
